For New Customers
To begin ordering from Coastal Distributions Group (CDG):
- Visit our Become a Customer page to register.
- You must be a registered business and provide a valid EIN or Tax ID during registration.
- Once approved, you’ll gain access to product pricing and ordering.
For Existing Customers
If you’ve purchased from us before:
- Your previous username and password will no longer work on our new system.
- Good news: Your account is already pre-registered—no need to sign up again.
How to Log In (Pre-Registered & New Accounts)
- Click Account in the upper-right corner of the website.
- Enter your email address, then click Continue.
- A unique login code will be emailed to you.
- Enter the code and click Submit to access your account.

Freight Costs
- The freight total at checkout is estimated only.
- Your final invoice will reflect the actual confirmed freight charge.
- If the final shipping cost exceeds the estimate, we’ll reach out to find a solution before charging.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- If available quantity is less than a full case pack, it cannot be added to your cart at this time.
- Contact your sales representative to manually add these items if needed.
Product Images
- Some product images may take up to 24 hours to display after an item becomes available.
- If you need an image that’s not visible yet, email us and we’ll assist promptly.
