Shipping Methods, Order Fees & Handling Policy

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • MOQ: 1 case pack of any item.
  • Orders under $250:
    • Subject to a $3.50 order fee
    • Plus $0.50 per carton ordered
    • Example: An order of $90 with 3 cartons = $3.50 + ($0.50 × 3) = $5.00 total fee

These fees help cover overhead costs while keeping ordering accessible for all customers.

Handling Fee at Checkout

  • We consolidate smaller cartons into larger boxes (“re-boxing”) to reduce overall shipping costs.
  • Handling Fee: $4.50 per large carton used for re-boxing.
  • This is an authorization only at checkout; the final charge appears on your invoice after shipment.
  • Even with the fee, customers often save 30–60% on shipping costs through consolidation.

Shipping Methods

Small Package Shipping

  • CDG UPS (Billed to Our Account)
    • Cost is added to your final invoice.
    • Signature required for all deliveries.
    • May be repacked to reduce cost ($3.50 per repacked box if applicable).
  • Customer FedEx / UPS / DHL (Customer Account)
    • Provide your shipping account number.
    • May be repacked to reduce cost ($3.50 per repacked box if applicable).

Palletized Shipments (LTL)

  • Common Carrier (Prepaid, Billed to Invoice)
    • Pallet delivery anywhere in the U.S. (except where Local Truck applies).
  • Customer LTL (Customer-Arranged Carrier)
    • Provide BOL and arrange pickup.
    • U.S. shipments only.

Local Truck Delivery (NY/NJ/PA Area Only)

  • Available in:
    • Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, New Jersey, and Eastern PA
  • Palletized deliveries only.

Customer Pickup

  • Location: Brentwood, NY Warehouse
  • Pickup by appointment only.
  • Freight ready date and pickup # will be provided.

Shipping to Walmart & Amazon Warehouses

Walmart via LTL

  • Submit carton labels (6 per page) before fulfillment.
  • After labeling and shrink wrapping, we provide pallet dimensions & weights.
  • Customer sends pallet labels and BOL.

Amazon via LTL

  • Submit carton labels (6 per page) before fulfillment.
  • After labeling and shrink wrapping, we provide pallet dimensions & weights.
  • Customer sends pallet labels and BOL.

Amazon via UPS Ground

  • Orders consolidated into larger cartons (max 25” per side / 49 lbs).
  • $4.50 per consolidated carton applies.
  • Once packed, we provide dimensions and weights for you to send box labels.

Walmart via FedEx Ground

  • Orders consolidated into larger cartons (max 25” per side / 49 lbs).
  • $4.50 per consolidated carton applies.
  • Once packed, we provide dimensions and weights for you to send box labels.
